I apply social science to help companies become more diverse. I do it mostly with Scott E. Page.
We help clients quantitatively assess their internal diversity, identify institutional and cultural pivot points that contribute to reduced diversity, inclusion, and engagement, and help firms compare their performance to those of peer firms and relative to talent labor markets. Together, we set measurable benchmarks and targets and -- much more importantly -- blend evidence on best practices with our quantitative discoveries for that firm to adopt solutions that work for each organization.
As the great Nobel Laureate Elinor Ostrom reminds us: There's no panacea.
And as the great field of Complexity reminds us: We don't have to be afraid of uncertainty!
